Service was excellent and a lovely friendly lady at the collection. The hat I ordered was good quality, however, smaller than I expected - totally due to my own fault I assumed an extra wide brim was 14cm instead of the 8cm received. When rechecking I see the 14cm extra wide brim does say 14cm in the description, so just something to be aware of when ordering so you don’t make a mistake like I did.
